COMPANY HISTORY
RL CNC Obróbka Skrawaniem is a tool shop that was founded in 2008 by two partners:
Leszek Wróbel and Radosław Michalak, both with many years of professional experience.
They decided to show that more can be done in the CNC market than before. The partners
and the entire team of almost 50 people, from the very beginning, are driven primarily by
passion for the industry.
COMPANY'S GOAL
Customer satisfaction is our goal. The measure of effectiveness of the Tool Room's activities
is the positive assessment expressed by customers and their satisfaction, so focusing on
satisfying their needs and expectations is our most important task.
CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT
Continuous development is the basis. The goal of RL CNC Tool Shop is continuous
development leading to the improvement of activities in the field of product quality and
environmental protection and occupational safety, with the involvement of all employees.
FULL RANGE OF SERVICES
We are engaged in providing machining services for heavy industry, food industry and
chemical industry including pharmaceutical industry. Our products include parts for
machinery and equipment, injection and thermoforming mold components, tools, punch
tooling, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
VARIETY OF MACHINED MATERIALS AND SERVICES
We offer machining of all types of steel from carbon, alloy steel to special steels
(acid-resistant, heat-resistant steels), non-ferrous metals, plastics. We machine
both steels in delivery condition, improved and hardened above 60 HRC. Material quality is
confirmed by certificates. We provide a comprehensive service from design through
machining, welding, assembly and transport to the customer including commissioning.
QUALIFIED STAFF
We employ qualified personnel to support the customer at every stage of production. We
work in-house or at the customer's premises. We provide all kinds of additional services
related to the needs of the modern, demanding market. For our clients, we perform the
assembly of both single devices and entire modernization of entire production lines. The
