MEASUREMENTS AND MEASURING RANGE
We measure manufactured parts with the latest generation coordinate measuring machine. Measuring complex shapes, creating measurement plans, comparing the measurement with the model and determining the deviation of shape and position are not a problem. Both the stage of creating a model based on the supplied pattern and comparing the machined part with the model provide confidence that the quality requirements of our customers are met. The coordinate measuring machine allows us to determine the quality capability of machine tools and machining jigs.
An advanced CCD camera with high-quality optics and special software for vision systems allow non-contact measurement of geometric sizes of manufactured parts. The vision system features cost-effective measurements and achieves maximum throughput of the inspection process.
We have contact machines from WENZEL and Aberlink, which perform fast and precise measurements in manual or CNC mode (especially useful when inspecting high-volume production). We then inspect the dimensions and shape of the part at the prototype stage, as well as the finished part during mass production.
