DESIGN
The design process is preceded by the collection of input data. Submissions from the customer can be in the form of an idea / vision, as well as a finished detail to be replicated and / or modified. A comprehensive measurement is necessary for this. Thanks to the measuring machine, we are able to precisely determine the geometry of the detail, this allows us to refine the input data in the design process. The next step is to make a 3D model. Through visualization and optimization, the next stage of design is completed – which is subject to validation – evaluation of the project by the customer. After positive acceptance, we proceed to prototype development. Meeting the customer’s requirements is subjected to testing and simulation, after receiving a positive result, the second stage of review ends. The project requires another validation – evaluation by the Customer. Finalization of the project involves minor modifications and development of full technical documentation.
CAD/CAM
The programs we use allow us to create a virtual model of the part, which we can present in the form of graphics and animation. We then have a concrete image of the part, and after its approval, we create a prototype. Then, together with the customer (according to the guidelines), we test and simulate the working conditions of the part. If necessary, we carry out parameter optimization. When all tests have been successful, the created technical documentation is transferred to the production department.

The technical group is a team of specialists with many years of experience in the fields of component and whole machine design, manufacturing technology, process optimization and
project management. In their work they use specialized CAD programs for modeling and construction, as well as programs supporting the process of programming CNC machine tools.
Our goal is to reduce manufacturing costs in our clients' companies. The early stages of both structural and technological design include various types of simulations starting with the kinematics of the mechanism of the device and ending with machining. Simulation is a key tool used to optimize the design process. We have experience in the design and implementation of new solutions, projects for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
